Become a Trustee

Following the launch of our new 2025 – 2027 Strategy, Rotherham and Barnsley Mind is now looking eagerly ahead to the future.

To support our continued impact and growth, we are looking to appoint 3 new Trustees to be part of the governing board to help oversee the successful delivery of our vision, ambition, and objectives.

We are looking for committed individuals to expand the range of Trustee skills on our Board as well as to consolidate existing skills with an eye to succession planning. We require dynamic and motivated people who are sympathetic to the vision and objectives of Rotherham and Barnsley Mind.

We want to have a wide range of people on the Board and seek to be representative of the diverse population of the community we support.There is no need to have trustee experience to apply and we are particularly keen to hear from those with lived experience.
