Are you thinking about setting up a new social enterprise, community interest company or charity but don’t want to commit to long term rentals? Or are you still in the early stages of setting up and don’t need an office just yet? Or maybe you work in the community and don’t need dedicated office space.
Rotherham and Barnsley Mind understand the struggles that small businesses face when starting up. By law all charities and/or registered companies are required to have a registered postal address in the UK; this is the address shown on public records at the Charities Commission or Companies House. You may not want your personal home address listed on public records. You can now use Arcadia or Osborne House as your registered office and take advantage of having an established and professional venue associated with your organisation. Arcadia and Osborne House offers a reliable, confidential and cost effective mail holding and registered office service.
What we can offer:
Access to post between 9.00 – 5.00, Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year closure).
The service contract is for 12 months, charged monthly in advance. Basic package charged at £10 plus VAT per month (for voluntary sector organisations) or £25 plus VAT per month (for all other organisations). The full package is charged at £35 plus VAT per month (for voluntary sector organisations) or £45 plus VAT per month (for all other organisations).
To register your organisation, complete this application form and email to Rachel Siddall, at Rachel@rbmind.co.uk or for further information call 01226 211188 or 01709 919929.
